I was quite suprised when I found out that I could get a partial on my lower jaw. After being told that all my teeth needed to be pulled and a full denture had to be placed with implants, which I could not afford! That also caused me not to go see another dentist until I was in so much pain. I wanted to thank Dr. Gottlieb and his team for all their help and truth-fullness!

The staff at Franklinville Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is amazing! Upon setting my appointment, I let the receptionist know I have had a fear of going to the dentist since I was a child and she reassured me that I would be ok. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a detailed explanation of my procedure. The wait may have only been 5 minutes, which gave me no time to reconsider and run out the door (which I have done in the past)!!! Ms. Judy was my hygienist and she was awesome! She made me feel very comfortable and even had me laughing. Absolutely no fear! (Give her a raise!!) After she completed my cleaning, she introduced Dr. Gottleib, who explained the next steps I would need to take on my journey to a beautiful smile. I was able to set my next appointment and I was given estimates on my copay. Exceptional customer service!!! Thank you!

Staff, the dentist and Jordan who was with me the longest and totally deserved her paycheck settling me down keeping me calm and still getting her work done, without ever making me feel like I wanted to bolt. Which is my norm with any dentist office from the moment I sit in the chair. After 35 years of hating / dreading missing appts cause I don’t wanna go to the dentist. I think I found success! I would definitely recommend Dr. Gottlieb and his staff. They exceeded my expectations by being very informative and had a no nonsense approach to my dental health. From the moment I walked through the door I was treated with kindness and respect as a person and patient. Not like some other practices were you are nothing but a cash cow to be milked. I have found my family dentist for life.

The best dentist, hygienists and office staff and dental staff. They are really good at their job and pleasant. They make you feel at home. Very friendly and caring about their patients. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
