I would definitely recommend Dr. Gottlieb and his staff. They exceeded my expectations by being very informative and had a no nonsense approach to my dental health. From the moment I walked through the door I was treated with kindness and respect as a person and patient. Not like some other practices were you are nothing but a cash cow to be milked. I have found my family dentist for life.

What to say about Dr Gottlieb. Looking for an upbeat dentist? Look no more.He showed kindness right from his start. He was still under construction. But when. I had enough of a painful wisdom tooth he welcomed me right over. I have also had a root canal, pain free! My daughters started with him at 4 and 7. It’s a lot to know your kids can go to the dentist without being nervous. It’s speaks a lot of how well you are treated. They love his humor, smiles and concern in their care. We feel blessed to have him. My girls also go to his office for Orthodontics. Again it’s been a pleasure. Unfortunately my youngest has needed a lot of help in her journey. Dr. Gottlieb and his staff have been there all they can. We don’t have issues that I hear from others, breaking brackets. I highly recommend his practice. You could try to ask for more but I just don’t see you finding better. Thanks Franklinville Family Dentistry work always well done.

I called because my friend, Bill Turin, a Disabled Veteran, broke a molar and was in terrible pain, he couldn’t get in anywhere to be seen. I was greeted by a friendly voice and I explained the situation. Even though Bill wasn’t a patient of Dr. Todd’s, I was told to come right over! When we arrived, the always friendly staff gathered the info needed and in a short time Bill was taken in and prepped. In minutes, the Wonderful Dr Todd appeared and chatted with Bill to put him at ease. After studying the X-rays, Dr Todd went to work and in No time at all, had the broken molar out and A very impressed and Happy Bill on his feet, ready to go home! The next day I received a phone call from Dr. Todd himself , checking in to make sure Bill was doing good, it was so nice! Ahhh! The staff at Franklinville Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is amazing! Upon setting my appointment, I let the receptionist know I have had a fear of going to the dentist since I was a child and she reassured me that I would be ok. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a detailed explanation of my procedure. The wait may have only been 5 minutes, which gave me no time to reconsider and run out the door (which I have done in the past)!!! Ms. Judy was my hygienist and she was awesome! She made me feel very comfortable and even had me laughing. Absolutely no fear! (Give her a raise!!) After she completed my cleaning, she introduced Dr. Gottleib, who explained the next steps I would need to take on my journey to a beautiful smile. I was able to set my next appointment and I was given estimates on my copay. Exceptional customer service!!! Thank you!

Once again Dr Todd and his entire staff was excellent, took great care of me. I
had a very difficult extraction, but the Dr took his time and made sure there was no pain!! This is the only dentist where I never feel any pain!!! They are the best!!
