Such a great place with a great friendly and professional staff

I’ve had the best experience so far coming into the office. Everyone is polite and on time for appointments. Dr. Gottlieb is friendly, thorough, and checks in with me to make sure I’m doing okay. No other dentist or office has gone above and beyond for me like Franklinville Family.

Had to get a tooth pulled, and everything went great. I was nervous cause when I was younger I had a couple bad experiences with other dentists, but couldn’t be happier how everything went at Franklinville Family Dentistry. The whole staff and dentist made me feel very comfortable and took great care with me. Can’t say enough good things about them and would recommend if you have had bad experiences in the past with other places, definitely go to Franklinville Family Dentistry!

The staff at Franklinville Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is amazing! Upon setting my appointment, I let the receptionist know I have had a fear of going to the dentist since I was a child and she reassured me that I would be ok. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a detailed explanation of my procedure. The wait may have only been 5 minutes, which gave me no time to reconsider and run out the door (which I have done in the past)!!! Ms. Judy was my hygienist and she was awesome! She made me feel very comfortable and even had me laughing. Absolutely no fear! (Give her a raise!!) After she completed my cleaning, she introduced Dr. Gottleib, who explained the next steps I would need to take on my journey to a beautiful smile. I was able to set my next appointment and I was given estimates on my copay. Exceptional customer service!!! Thank you!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Gottlieb and his staff. They exceeded my expectations by being very informative and had a no nonsense approach to my dental health. From the moment I walked through the door I was treated with kindness and respect as a person and patient. Not like some other practices were you are nothing but a cash cow to be milked. I have found my family dentist for life.
